Returns Policy
Each Efan Archives product is printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this custom nature, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
UK Customers
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK-based customers have a legal right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Condition: Items must be in brand-new, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, and posters must be in original tubing).
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact for our specific return address—do not return items to the address on the shipping label.
International Customers
For customers outside the UK, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection once an order has been printed. Please consult our Size Guide on each product page before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a clear print error, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
- How to claim: Contact me through the website (or by emailing rangerdesigns06@gmail.com) with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
- No return needed: In most cases of damage or misprint, you do not need to ship the faulty item back to us.
